OneHeal series - episode 1, leg workout. When onewheeling there is a lot of stress on the legs. To keep them legs in shape and make sure we have full power to shred the creep out of our stoke machines, I'm going through 5 leg exercises that will make sure your legs are totally ready to tackle the trails!
